Self-driving cars are the wave of the future and we got to experience it first hand with the Urban Automated Driving team. It was a beautiful day in San Jose and we had a great deal of fun rigging cameras all over these self-driving Mercedes vehicles. We utilized our RED Epic Dragon camera for the exterior beauty shots and strapped on FS5’s, GH5’s and GoPro’s to both Mercedes on location to optimize the experience. Then for aerial shots we used a Phantom Pro 4.
