Blare Media was very excited when the opportunity to shoot a piece on a fascinating artist who was being honored by Auburn University. Binh Danh’s life story, artistic motivations, and photographic methods harken to the past with a unique point of view on the present. Produced and directed by Joel Janecek and shot by Mauricio Tapia with help from James Ramirez, we are very proud of this piece. We learned a lot and made a new friend while learning how Binh does his work.
