Brick MADNESS is a feature length comedy about a national BRIX tournament called Brickathon. It is hilarious but heartfelt and tells the story of an underdog competitor who must defeat the arrogant BRIX champion to reclaim his charity and clear the name of a fallen hero.
Much of the movie was shot on location during two years of Bricks by the Bay in Santa Clara and San Jose, California and features dozens of attendees and prominent AFOL. Brick MADNESS has been featured multiple times in The Brothers Brick and Brick Journal. It has played at many film festivals to solid reviews and got distributed in late 2020.
Blare Media produced the film and it was co-written, directed, and edited by Justin McAleece.
